Monthly packages starting at
Starter — $297/mo
Up to 2 bank/credit card accounts and 100 transactions per month. Monthly categorization, reconciliation, profit & loss, balance sheet, and email support.
Growth — $497/mo
Up to 4 accounts and 250 transactions per month. All Starter services plus a 30-minute monthly review call.
Premium — $897/mo
Up to 6 accounts and 500 transactions per month. All Starter services plus a 60-minute monthly review call.
Transactions are individual bank or credit card entries reviewed; matched transfers count once. I confirm the right package after reviewing your books and review pricing when activity exceeds your plan limits.
Additional services
QuickBooks Online setup — $150–$350
Catch-up / cleanup — $75/hr
Accounts receivable / payable — from $150/mo
Payroll, inventory, sales-tax filings, and trust/IOLTA accounting require separate scoping. QuickBooks subscriptions and tax preparation are excluded.
Reporting target: within 15 business days after receiving complete records and answers. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in your proposal.
Your Questions, Answered
How do you access my financial data securely?
For QuickBooks Online, invite me as an accountant instead of sharing your login credentials. We agree on the access and document-sharing method needed for your engagement. You stay in control of your account and can remove my accountant access when needed. Never send bank passwords or full card numbers through the contact form.
Can you work with my current accounting software?
Yes. We specialize in popular cloud platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero, as well as a variety of e-commerce integrations. If you’re using a different system, we’ll evaluate compatibility during our initial call.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our services are billed month-to-month, so you can scale up, pause, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We believe flexibility builds trust.
